Required Qualifications
- Valid Histology Technologist license in Florida
- Histology Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Histology Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ASCP
Compliance / Onboarding Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of I-9 or attestation
- Proof of E-Verify or attestation
- Background check
- Education verification
- Employment application
- References within 2 years of start
- Skills checklist
- Competency exam, as applicable to the specialty
- Orientation safety acknowledgement
- Online onboarding modules completed before start
Health Requirements
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/documentation
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
- Seasonal influenza vaccination or approved exemption
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Additional Notes
- Photo identification must be carried during hours of service to the client
- This role requires annual updates for certain compliance and health items
