Job Overview

Role Summary
- Special procedures technologist supporting interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, vascular, structural heart, and neuro cases.
- Floating is limited to the cath lab unit.
- Weeknight and weekend call is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Oregon
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience
- ARRT certification
Schedule and Call Requirements
- 1 call weekend every 3–5 weeks
- 8 call days within a 4-week period
- 2-hour call-back minimum
- Saturday and Sunday on-call coverage is 24 hours
- Attempts will be made to keep the schedule as consistent as possible
Procedures and Equipment
- Structural heart procedures: TAVR, Mitraclip, Watchman
- Other common areas: IR, Neuro, Vascular, Cardiac, EP
- Common equipment includes Philips imaging systems, Philips Xper hemo system, Philips IVUS/IFR/FFR, Boston IVUS IFR/FFR, OCT, Roto, Penumbra, Angiojet, Jetstream, EKOS, and Shockwave
Compliance and Screening
- Background check required
- Education verification and diploma or transcript required
- Drug screen required
- Physical exam required
- TB screening and TB questionnaire required
- Respiratory safety clearance required
- Seasonal flu documentation or declination required
- COVID vaccination record required if previously vaccinated; declination or exemption required if never vaccinated
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation required
- Tdap required within 10 years of start
- Photo for badge and signed facility documents required before start
