Job Overview
- Travel/contract CT technologist role in New York, New York
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Contract length: 8 weeks
- Shift: Nights, Monday–Friday
- Hours: 12:00 AM–8:00 AM
- First week includes day-shift orientation and training before moving to nights
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in New York
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT (CT)
- IV Certification
- Experience working with Neonate patients
- Experience working with Infant patients
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
- Experience working with Adolescent patients
- Experience working with Adult patients
- Experience working with Geriatric patients
- Siemens CT scanner experience
- Omnicell Medication System experience
Experience Preferences
- Experience with neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Experience with adult acute care, adult outpatient, pediatric acute care, pediatric outpatient, emergency department, ICU, and Level I/II trauma
- Experience with CT exams involving abdomen/pelvis, chest, head/neck, and spine/musculoskeletal studies
- Experience with 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, ROI measurements, contrast administration, radiation safety, and isolation precautions
- Previous charge experience
- Teaching hospital experience
- Community hospital experience
- LTAC experience
- Level I or II trauma experience

- Siemens CT scanner experience is specifically required
- Orientation is 21 hours
