Travel/Contract role in Everett, Washington
Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00–17:00
Contract length: 13 weeks
Home Health assignment
Geriatric patient population
Average patient load: 5–7 per day
Territory: up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
Locals accepted at travel rate

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Home Health experience within the last year
1 year of Home Health experience
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Driver's License
Experience with OASIS
Experience with Homecare Homebase
