Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Clinic (1 year of experience)
- Clinic experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Role Summary
- Clinic-based family medicine RN role
- Duties include phone triage, patient education, assisting with minor procedures, medication refills, medication prior authorizations, communicating diagnostic results, and transitional care management
Compliance / Onboarding
- 7-year background check required within 1 year of start and updated annually
- Wisconsin Caregiver Search required within 90 days of start
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
- Drug screen required before start
- Photo for badge required
- Confidentiality statement must be signed before start
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
- 2 professional references required within 2 years of start
