Job Opportunity: Nuclear Medicine Tech

Location

Hazard, Kentucky

Employment Type

Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

Monday to Friday
Day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8 hours)
No weekends or on-call required

Job Description

Accepting Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologists or CT Technologists with PET experience
Must have at least 1 year of experience scanning PET
Equipment used: GE
Floating within scope of practice required
Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)

Required Qualifications

Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Kentucky
Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Technologist experience with a minimum of 1 year scanning PET
Certification: ARRT (R)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
CT Technologist experience
Valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license
