Job Overview

• Travel/contract RN role in Manchester, New Hampshire
• Night shift: 4x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 48 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• No Thanksgiving RTO

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS
• MAB
• NIHSS
• CPI
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting

Unit / Clinical Details

• Assigned to the ED unit to care for inpatient/CICU level holds in the ED
• May also care for overflow patients from medical, surgical, trauma, oncology, and orthopedic areas
• Common diagnoses include chest pain, syncope, heart failure, sepsis, overdose, GI bleed, COPD, and pneumonia
• Must be able to manage and titrate drips
• Floating may include similar units
• Team nursing / helping hands approach
• Patient sitting may be required

Additional Notes

• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
• Uses EPIC experience for first-time traveler eligibility
• On-site pass/fail basic dysrhythmia testing may apply depending on unit assignment
