Location: Canton, Ohio
Shift: Day shift, four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Provide nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic, interventional, and emergency cardiac catheterization procedures.
Possible assignments include roles as circulator, scrub, or monitor in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
May be required to cover the holding area and/or Electrophysiology (EP) Lab.
Orientation (32-40 hours) is required and includes competency testing in ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration (Safe Medicate). Passing scores are mandatory.

Valid RN license in Ohio.
Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab nursing experience within the last year.
ACLS certification.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
