Shift: Day shift, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (5 days a week, 40 hours/week)
Patient Ratios:
- Procedure suite: 1:1
- Pre-op and Discharge: up to 4:1
Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
On-call: Yes
Floating: May be required to float within scope to similar units, but unlikely
Travel Radius: Must stay within 30 minutes of the facility to respond to calls as expected

Valid RN license in South Carolina
Minimum 2 years of Endoscopy experience, with Endoscopy experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification

Physical Exam: Initial and annual physical exam confirming ability to meet job demands, within 90 days of start
Immunizations and Titers:
- Tdap vaccine within 10 years or declination form
- Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella, Varicella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required; low titers require boosters
- Hepatitis B: Titer, vaccine series, or declination required
TB Testing: Negative T-spot or Q-Gold within 90 days of start; if positive, chest x-ray and annual questionnaire required
Drug Screening: 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
Flu Vaccine: Required during flu season (Aug 1 – Mar 31); medical/religious exemptions accepted but declinations are not
COVID-19 Vaccination: Not required but highly preferred; vaccination records must be uploaded or declination form completed
Respirator Clearance: Annual medical clearance required via RespSafety virtual questionnaire
