Work Schedule
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Option 1: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Option 2: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (availability)
Caseload
- Average 12 patient visits per day
- 5 beds
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
- Recent Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
- Experience specifically in Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography
Required Documentation & Compliance
- I9 or Attestation
- Driver’s License/State ID (clear copies front/back)
- E-Verify or Attestation
- Proof of Name Change if applicable
- 7-year Background Check within 60 days of start, including:
- SSN Trace
- Colorado Statewide CBI
- Education Verification (3rd party or transcript/diploma)
- Sex Offender Search
- OFAC Sanctions List Search
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 60 days of start
- Education Verification (accredited nursing schools if applicable)
- Physical Exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, DO, NP, or PA (not Chiropractor)
- Fit Mask test within 12 months of start and annually (specific 3M masks required)
- Immunizations and Titers:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years or signed declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year, with annual updates if positive
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella: Positive MMR IGG titer or 2 vaccines; boosters if titers negative/equivocal
- Hepatitis B: Positive titer, vaccine series, or declination
- Varicella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines; boosters if titer negative/equivocal
- COVID-19 vaccine proof or signed declination (acceptable vaccines: AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Moderna)
- Drug Testing within 30 days of start and annually (specific drug panel required)
- Color Blind Exam (Ishihara exam required prior to start; online testing not accepted)
- Annual Competency Exams and Training including:
- Medication/Pharmacology Competency
- Core Parts I, II, III
- OSHA Mandatory Training
- UCHealth Colorado CAPS Release Authorization annually (5 years of address history required)
- References: 2 references from last 2 years, including one from last year, from Charge RN, Manager, or Supervisor
- Employment History Verification for last 3 years with explanations for gaps over 30 days

- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Candidates must confirm renewal plans for certifications expiring within 90 days of start
- Facility-specific new employee orientation modules must be completed within first two weeks of assignment
