65-bed, pod-based Emergency Department
Separate pediatric pod
Separate Acute Mental Health area
Patient population: all
Clinician-to-patient ratio: 1:4
Census: 230 visits/day

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
TNCC
License/certificate verification
MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
Both NURSYS and BON are required for nursing licenses

Preferred Qualifications

Floating

Floating required to the ED Observation wing (16 beds) and AMU (ED Psych OBs)

Shift Details

Night position does not rotate
Rotating day shifts may be requested: 7a-7p, 11a-11p, and 7p-7a
Low rotation frequency
