Job Opportunity: RN Labor and Delivery
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide circulating support in the Operating Room (OR).
- Deliver intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care on the Labor and Delivery Unit.
- Work 36 hours per week with day/night rotating shifts.
- Flexible availability for weekends and holidays.
- Prior travel RN experience as a Labor and Delivery nurse is required (minimum 1+ years).
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, with experience within the last year.
- Minimum 1 year or more of total travel nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Additional Information
- No onsite fit testing available; must be completed prior to start.
- Background and credential verifications are required and must be current.
- Flexible scheduling with rotating shifts and weekend/holiday coverage expected.
This position is ideal for experienced Labor and Delivery RNs with prior travel nursing experience seeking a 13-week assignment in a dynamic hospital setting.
