Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina
• CTICU - Cardiothoracic Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
• CTICU - Cardiothoracic Intensive Care experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Role Overview

• Provides hospital-based nursing care for patients with complex needs
• Coordinates and delivers patient care using the nursing process
• Works with the interdisciplinary team on care planning, evaluation, discharge needs, and continuity of care
• Performs bedside point-of-care testing as required
• Supports patient and family education and promotes a safe hospital environment
