- Sunday 12:00 AM–4:00 AM
- Saturday 8:00 AM–12:00 AM
- Double shifts
- May also require x-ray work overnight
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in New York
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- ARRT (CT)
- BLS
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT procedures according to prescribed protocols
- Use appropriate kV and mA techniques to produce quality diagnostic CT images
- Perform daily quality control calibration checks on equipment
- Inject patients with radioactive material per physician order and protocol
- Complete required documentation, logs, manuals, and charge documents
- Perform quality control, quality assurance, and radiation safety tests
- Maintain patient films and electronic records for radiologist interpretation
- Order patient-specific radiopharmaceutical doses in advance
- Receive and verify radiopharmaceutical deliveries before administration
