Job Opportunity: Cardiology Registered Nurse

Location

  • York, Maine (with travel to Portsmouth, New Hampshire)

Employment Type

  • Contract

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 5 to 8 hour shifts per day
  • Approximately 40 hours per week

Job Description

  • Provide nursing care in cardiology practice settings at two locations
  • Responsibilities include rooming patients, refilling prescriptions, triaging patient calls, and managing prior authorizations for procedures and medications

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine
  • Minimum of 3 years of cardiology nursing experience, including experience within the last year
  • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

  • Accurate and timely completion of timecards is mandatory for payment processing
