Travel Certified Surgical/Scrub Technologist

Location

• St Johnsbury, Vermont

Contract

• 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Day shift, Monday through Friday, with potential call

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (2 years of experience)
• Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
• CST or NBSTSA
• BLS issued by American Heart Association

Work Setting

• Rural, community-focused critical access hospital
• Perioperative services / operating room environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons and the surgical team during operative procedures
• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Support perioperative patient care, including transport, positioning, specimen management, documentation, and postoperative preparation
• Participate in on-call coverage and scrub urgent or emergent procedures as needed

Travel Considerations

• Reliable personal transportation is required
