Location: Elizabeth, West Virginia

Job Details

• Setting: Home health, traveling to patients' homes
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
• Patients per day: Approximately 5
• Patient Types: General orthopedic (hips, knees), generalized weakness, strengthening, cardiac rehab
• EMR System: EPIC
• Orientation: Training on EPIC and with another Physical Therapist
• Uniform: Navy top, tan bottom
• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: None

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist authorized to practice in West Virginia
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Valid driver’s license (required for travel between counties)

Experience & Skills

• General Physical Therapist duties in home health setting
• Positive attitude toward learning and using EPIC system
• Ability to provide excellent patient care in a home environment

Additional Information

• Rehab support includes 2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• No 24/7 pharmacy support needed
• Contract length: 13 weeks
