Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location

• Kingfisher, Oklahoma
• Rural community near a metropolitan area

Position Details

• Employment Type: Travel
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days (5 days per week, 8 hours per day) with possibility to work 4 days of 9-10 hours if needed
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Call Requirements: As required by facility
• Float Requirements: As required by facility

Patient Population & Setting

• Treat both inpatient and outpatient patients
• Patient diagnoses include neurological and orthopedic conditions; wound care may also be involved
• Part of a multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, and ST
• Low no-show rate in outpatient setting

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS certification

Work Environment

• Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC
• Dress Code: Black scrubs
