Unit: Case Management
Number of Beds: 590
Patient Ratios: 1:25 (varies)
Unit Staffing: RN, Social Worker (SW), CMA
Documentation Systems: Meditech, Midas, Wellsky
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with rotating weekends
Floating Policy: May float to any unit
Dress Code: Business casual

Required Qualifications

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) licensed in Missouri
Minimum 2 years of experience in social work specialty
Acute Care Discharge Planning experience required
BLS Certification

Additional Information
