Job Description
Provide nursing care to Emergency Room patients with shift accountability, utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe patient care delivery in the Emergency Department. Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education. Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience. Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3 shifts of 12 hours)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Requirements
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Cerner
