Position Details
- Specialty: Rehab RN
- Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours
- Weekend Hours: Every third weekend, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Call Requirements: None

Experience & Certifications
- Required Years of Experience: 2+ years in Rehab nursing
- Required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS
- Prior Travel Experience: Not specified (assumed not required)
Unit Information
- Department: Neuro
- Number of Beds: 28
- Patient Ratios (Night Shift): 1:8
- Patient Population: Spinal cord injury and brain injury patients
- Equipment Used: Tube feeding, ventilators, trach care, Alaris IV pumps, Hoyer lifts, Kangaroo pumps, negative pressure wound therapy, suction, vents
- EMR Systems: Cerner and ITW
Skills & Requirements
- Must Have Skills: Trach care and G-tube management
- Preferred Skills: Med Surg experience
- Float Requirements: Must be willing to float to other units within the facility
- Personality Fit: Compassionate, communicative, willing to educate patients and families, self-learner
Additional Requirements
- Must be flu vaccinated
- Candidate must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be considered
Dress Code
- Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue
- Unacceptable Attire: Hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and any clothing outside of the uniform
