Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Hospice (1 year of experience)
- Hospice experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 15 patients
- Complete 4–5 visits per day, depending on area and patient acuity
- Complete charting the same day
- Provide routine, GIP, continuous, and respite nursing care
- Perform admission, SIA, and death visits
Travel / Driving
- Reliable vehicle required to cover a 60-mile service radius
- Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
Additional Notes
- Oregon RN licensure is encouraged and must be applied for after accepting the contract
- Floating to Oregon sites may be required
- Acute/Med Surg experience is highly preferred
- Local candidates may be considered at a 10% reduced rate
- Scrubs of any color are allowed; no artificial nails; closed-toe shoes required; hair must be up as applicable
