Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Hospice (1 year of experience)
Hospice experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Job Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of 15 patients
Complete 4–5 visits per day, depending on area and patient acuity
Complete charting the same day
Provide routine, GIP, continuous, and respite nursing care
Perform admission, SIA, and death visits

Travel / Driving

Reliable vehicle required to cover a 60-mile service radius
Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate

Additional Notes

Oregon RN licensure is encouraged and must be applied for after accepting the contract
Floating to Oregon sites may be required
Acute/Med Surg experience is highly preferred
Local candidates may be considered at a 10% reduced rate
Scrubs of any color are allowed; no artificial nails; closed-toe shoes required; hair must be up as applicable
