Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Overview

• Temp role in New Lenox, Illinois
• Days shift
• 13-week contract
• Home Health assignment
• Performs some telehealth/virtual visits in addition to home visits

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Illinois
• Home Health (1 year of experience)
• Home Health experience within the last year
• BLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• OASIS and start of care experience
• Strong Med Surg experience with some Home Health experience

Assignment Details

• Territory within 15 miles, with possible expansion if census is low
• Census: 24–26 on case load
• Mileage reimbursed at the standard IRS rate
• Orientation is 2 days: first day in the office, second day in the field
• EMR: Matrix
• iPad provided

• Chronic disease management and telemonitoring

• Infusion management, including antibiotic therapy
