Travel/Contract Registered Nurse Job

Location

Charlottesville, Virginia

Schedule

Day shift
4x12 hours
36 or 48 hours per week
Every other weekend
Every other holiday
Must work 2 of the 3 winter holidays
Block scheduling cannot be accommodated or guaranteed

Assignment Details

26-bed acute care unit
Patient population is primarily general surgery and trauma
Post-surgical patients make up most of the unit, with the remainder medical diagnoses
All rooms support cardiac monitoring, capnography or end-tidal CO2 monitoring, and continuous pulse oximetry
Longer assignment available through 01/02/2027
Can approve 40 hours for time off
Must adhere to float policy

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
Experience with Epic
