Cath Lab Tech

Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Santa Monica, California
Based in a 4-lab STEMI and Stroke receiving center
Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
On-call required:
- Weekdays: 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Weekends/Holidays: 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
- 10–14 call shifts within a 42-day schedule
May float between specialties in the lab
First-timers accepted: Yes
Pending license accepted: No
RTO must be included at time of submission

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in California
Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
Experience in an acute care setting
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
ARRT
Fluoroscopy Permit

Preferred

Stroke experience
IR experience
Does not need EP/structural heart experience

Additional Notes

Supports cardiac, EP, VTE thrombectomy, interventional neuro, interventional radiology, TAVR/TMVR, Watchamn, Mitraclip, diagnostic and interventional cardiology, diagnostic and interventional neuro, and IR
Guaranteed hours may be reduced by one call-off per two-week pay period
