Ultrasound Tech - General

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Indianapolis, Indiana
Night shift: Thursday–Saturday, 19:00–7:00
36 hours per week
First-timers accepted
Locals accepted
Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
Assignment length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Pediatric Ultrasound Technologist experience
2 years of Pediatric Ultrasound Technologist experience
Pediatric Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
Ultrasound Technologist experience
ARDMS
Completion of an accredited ultrasound training program
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Preferred

Phillips ultrasound equipment familiarity

Clinical Focus

Performs independent sonographic imaging of pediatric patients
Prepares and operates equipment, positions patients, and records diagnostic images
Must be able to maneuver equipment and improvise positioning when routine positioning is not possible
