Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Attleboro, Massachusetts
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:00
• Contract length: 12 weeks
• Unit details: 21 rooms, 31 beds
• Average daily census: 130–150 patients/day
• Patient age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics
• Patient ratio: 1:4/5
• Weekend coverage: every other Friday and Saturday night
• Medication system: Omnicell
• Documentation system: Cerner
• Orientation: 36–48 hours
• Scrubs provided

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Age Specific Competency Exam
• Physical exam within 1 year prior to start
• N95 fit test within the last 6 months
• Proof of one Tdap vaccine after age 18, then Td every 10 years
• 2-step PPD, or Qgold/Tspot within 90 days of start
• Immune status or vaccination documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
• Drug screen within 30 days prior to start
• 2 professional references
• Massachusetts Nurse Aide Registry Search
• Massachusetts statewide iCORI release and clearance
• Background check clearance
• EPLS/GSA/SAM clearance
• HHS/OIG clearance
• Photo for badge
• COVID vaccine required
• Flu vaccine or approved exemption required during flu season

Preferred

• First-time travelers accepted
• Epic or Cerner experience for first-time travelers
• 2–3 years of experience for first-time travelers
