Call

• Typically 6–7 call shifts per month
• Includes every 4th weekend
• Weekend call runs from Friday 5:30 PM to Monday 7:00 AM

Required Qualifications

• Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Washington
• Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• Cardiac experience

• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security number
• Background check covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school in the past 7 years
• Two satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year
• Employment application copy
• Washington court and statewide background searches
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• TB clearance within 1 year of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and flu documentation
• Tdap vaccination or declination
• Review and sign required facility documents and training materials
• Completion of assigned modules after orientation
