Overview
- Location: Burlingame, California
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Schedule: Every other weekend
- On-call: Not required
Role Details
- ICU float role
- Floating is required to ICU, SDICU, Telemetry, and Med Surg units on the inpatient side
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Critical Care Float (4 years of experience)
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- SICU - Surgical Intensive Care experience
- Telemetry experience
- Med Surg experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
Additional Notes
- Unit-specific skills checklist required
- Full 7-year work history must be included in the application, with city and state for each location and no gaps
- Background check, drug screen, TB screening, flu documentation, physical exam, fit mask clearance, and other pre-start compliance items are required before start
