Job Overview

Role Summary
- Work with ICU and IMC patient populations
- ICU experience is required
- Neurosurgery experience is preferred
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements
- Wisconsin caregiver screening and Wisconsin BID form
- Background check
- E-Verify
- Employment application
- 2 clinical references within the last 3 years
- Skills checklist
- Physical exam
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- TB questionnaire
- MMR immunity or documentation
- Varicella immunity or documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption, if applicable during flu season
- Drug screen
- Photo for badge
- Communicable disease form
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
- Pass/fail telemetry testing acknowledgement
- State license verification
- Nursys verification
- Competency exam as applicable
- Medication/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
Notes
- BLS and ACLS must be issued by the American Heart Association
- Telemetry testing is required before clearance to start
