Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Tech

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day (4x10 hours), 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40 hours

Job Description

Work 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 holidays per unit requirements.
Call and every third weekend required.
Charting system: Epic.
Special Procedures include:
- LHC Diagnostic/Intervention
- RHC
- Pericardiocentesis
- Cardiomems
- Impella, IABP insertion
- TAVR
- Mitral Clips, PFO
- AICD placement, PPM
- EPS, Ablation, LAAC
- Neuro Procedures: Cerebral Angio, Carotid Angio, Angioplasty, Stenting, Embolization, Thrombolysis, Thrombectomy

Required Experience and Certifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in New Jersey.
Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year.
Completion of at least one travel assignment.
RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
