Required Qualifications

• Valid Mammography Technologist license in California
• Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
• Mammography Technologist (2 years of experience)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Driver's License
• License/certification verification required for onboarding
• Education verification required for onboarding
• Resume must be current and reflect accurate, recent work history
• Two references required, including one from a manager or direct leader/supervisor
• Core competencies exam with a score of 80% or higher
• Specialty exam with a score of 80% or higher
• Skills checklist
• Signed job description current within the year
• Criminal background check
• Form I-9 employment eligibility verification
• Agency attestation
• SAM/EPLS exclusion search
• Badge photo
• Prime OIG
• Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
• Prime Drug Screening with a minimum 10-panel test, including THC
• Prime Color-blind test
• COVID-19 vaccination: 2 vaccines plus booster, or declination completed
• MMR immunity: 2 vaccines or positive titer
• TB test within 1 year of start date
• Varicella immunity by vaccination or titer
• Tdap vaccination as an adult
• Hepatitis B: 3 immunizations, immune titer, or declination
• Physical/health statement stating clear to work
• Fit test
• DCI/BVP
• DCI/BVP workplace violence prevention training

• Hepatitis B declinations are not accepted at this location.
• Influenza vaccine or declination is required during the stated flu season.
