Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location: Newton, Iowa
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
Schedule Notes: No weekends or holidays, including Memorial Day

Job Description

Provide nursing care in the Emergency Room setting.
Work a consistent day/evening shift with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Required Qualifications

Licensure and Education

Valid RN license in Iowa.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience.
ED experience must be within the last year.

Certifications (must be current and uploaded)

BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association.
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course).
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale).
