Role Overview

• Rehabilitation therapy role in Lakeview, Oregon.
• Contract length: 13 weeks.
• Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 40 hrs/week, days.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
• BLS
• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy or Master's degree in physical therapy
• Driver's License

Preferred

• Experience is desired, but not necessary if requirements are met.

Job Knowledge / Skills

• Thorough knowledge of therapy procedures, current orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices.
• Positive attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Effective team skills, including interaction, support, and respect.
• Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills, including locating and opening documents, completing forms, and opening/sending email messages.
