Location

Phoenix, Arizona

Schedule

12-hour day shifts
36 hours per week
Call required
4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
Holidays based on unit coverage

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arizona
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
ACLS
Cardiac Cath Lab (2 years of experience)
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Driver's License
ED - Emergency Department experience
Neuro ICU experience
Must be able to circulate
Must be able to complete a dysrhythmia exam before acceptance
Must complete day 1 pass/fail exam
Must complete SIMs Lab skills validation
Must be able to maintain sterile field competency

Additional Requirements

Cannot work another assignment or contract at the same time
Must have been away from CommonSpirit as permanent staff for 12 months to be considered
No facial piercings
Natural hair colors only
Must complete onboarding by the stated deadline
Must have own vehicle if traveling as a team
30-minute call response time required

Cath lab unit
3 main beds, plus 1 EP room and 1 hybrid room
10 to 25 cases per day
Charge nurse present
Rad tech nurse aides circulate and scrub
Uses Cerner and Xper
Phillips tele
No IV team
RT 24/7
Pharmacy 24/7

Notes

Travelers may work alongside nursing students
Scrub color provided
