Cardiac geriatric patient population
Weekend coverage: every other weekend, depending on unit staffing needs

Float: not normally floated; may float to 1:1s depending on needs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
ACLS
Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
1 year of experience in Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit
Stepdown experience

Experience Preferences

2+ years of specialty experience preferred

Screening / Clearance Requirements

Complete and clear screenings before start
Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
Department of Human Services fingerprinting
FBI Department of Aging fingerprinting
Pennsylvania State Police clearance
Fingerprints must be submitted/uploaded before clearance
Volunteer clearances are not accepted

Additional Notes

Orientation is weekly on Mondays
Candidates must live 60 miles or more away to be considered travel
Scrub color: any
Unacceptable attire: hoodies
Piercings: only nose studs are allowed
