Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Facility Overview

• Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital with 52 beds
• Specialized rehabilitation services for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• Focus on intensive, patient-centered rehabilitation to maximize health, function, and quality of life
• Patient population includes traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), and orthopedic trauma

Position Details

• Department: Therapy Services
• Role: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: Days
• Weekly Hours: 36-40 hours
• Weekend Hours: PTA works Fri–Tues schedule; OT and SLP rotate weekends every 2-3 weeks (no weekend requirement specified for PT)
• Call Requirements: None
• Patient Load: 4-5 patients per day
• Treatment Time: Approximately 6 hours per day
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: Cerner
• Parking: Free adjacent parking with placard provided

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Experience in an Acute Care setting
