Job Summary

Provide nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center Emergency Department with a 40-bed unit and a patient ratio of 1:6. The patient population includes all ages and conditions. The facility uses EPIC as the electronic health record system. Shifts vary based on preference, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week including weekend hours. No call requirements or float assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

• Emergency Department with Level 1 Trauma designation
• Treats diverse patient populations (pediatric, adult, geriatric)

• Dress code: scrubs of any color allowed; no unacceptable attire specified

• Orientation sessions are held weekly on Mondays
