Job Overview

Travel RN position in Portland, Maine
Operating room setting
36 hours per week
Day shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Schedule

Weekend requirement: 1:4 weekends
Call requirement: one overnight trauma call from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM; specialty team call follows team-specific rules

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Ortho Trauma experience
Neurosurgery experience

Preferred

CNOR
Experience in general, GU/GYN, ortho trauma, ortho joints, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, plastics, dental, or endovascular cases

26-bed operating room
Patient ratio: 1:1
Teal scrubs are issued by the hospital
