Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Overview

Travel assignment in Aurora, Colorado
Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Unit: Cath Lab / (746)
Unit setup: 8 holding bays and 4 Cath / EP suites
Staffing: 16 staff
Patient ratio: 3 staff to 1 patient in the Cath Lab procedural area
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
BLS
ACLS
ARRT (R)
RCIS or RCES
If holding RCIS or RCES, must be willing and able to apply for registration as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA before starting

Preferred Qualifications

ARRT (CI) or (CV)
Scrubbing and monitoring skills and experience
Prior Meditech experience

Tilt Table Tests
EP / Structural Heart / Monitoring skills
Right Heart monitoring

Work Environment

Philips Fluoro Systems

Rotating call schedule: two weekends and 9–12 days of call in a 6-week period
