Radiation Therapist

Assignment Overview

Travel role in La Crosse, Wisconsin
Start date: ASAP
Contract length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
Shift: 8-hour day shift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiation Therapist license in Wisconsin
Radiation Therapist experience: 3 years
Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
ARRT (RT)
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate degree or certificate

Role Details

Primary case type: All external beam treatments
Patient load: 20 patients per TrueBeam
Equipment/software familiarity preferred: Varian TrueBeam, ARIA, Epic

Schedule / Work Conditions

Float: None
On-call/call-back: None
Weekend/holiday work: None
Orientation: 8 hours unbillable; orientation week is not guaranteed
Compliance: Medical portion must be started within 48 hours of accepted offer, or within 24 hours for a quick start
