Job Opportunity: Operating Room Registered Nurse

Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 17 weeks

Job Description

Specialty focus: Gynecology, Urology, and Transplant (Kidney and Pancreas) surgeries
Experience with robotic surgeries including Da Vinci Xi robot, urological and gynecological robots
Procedures involved: hysterectomy, nephrectomy, HOLEP, cystectomy, ureteroscopy, laparoscopic gynecology, anterior/posterior repair, abdominal hysterectomy, organ procurements
Shift: Day/Evening, 12-hour shifts (06:40–19:10) for 3 days per week, with potential for one 09:40–22:10 shift biweekly
Weekend rotation and weekday on-call required

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
Minimum 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, including OR experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience in Gynecology/Oncology, Urology, Kidney transplant, Pancreas transplant, Transplant Surgery, and Robotic surgery
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
