Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Location: Portland, Oregon
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (5 days a week, 8 hours per day)
Hours per Week: 40 hours

Job Description

Provide nursing care in an OBGYN clinic setting focused on maternity and gynecological care.
Manage obstetric emergencies such as placenta previa, ectopic pregnancy, and pregnancy-induced hypertension (including gestational hypertension and preeclampsia).
Triage patients appropriately over the phone and respond to inquiries via EPIC and voice messages.
Perform general clinic duties related to women's health.
Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience is accepted and encouraged.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon.
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, including experience within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Experience with Epic electronic medical record system.

Additional Information

Start date: ASAP
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
No call or weekend shifts required
