Distance requirement: Must live more than 75 miles from the facility

Required Qualifications

CT Technologist with 2 years of experience
CT Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (CT)
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Driver's License
Utility bill in the traveler’s name with matching address from within the last 3 months
Pending state license not accepted

Additional Notes

Epic charting is used
Submission must include driver’s license/state ID and utility bill
