Job Overview

• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Contract Length: 22 weeks
• Schedule Note: Must work through winter holidays and end on 1/4/2027

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technologist license in West Virginia
• Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association

Required Certifications

• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• NRP
• TNCC

Required Health / Compliance Items

• Background checks, including a 7-year criminal check and checks for all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Physical exam
• Fit mask / onsite fit testing
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
• TB screening or chest X-ray
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, hepatitis A, hepatitis C, COVID-19, and flu documentation/vaccination requirements
• Drug screening
• HIPAA-related onboarding and facility-specific forms
• Orientation and annual education attestation
• Confidentiality agreement
• User ID and IT access agreement
• MyADP account creation before start

Additional Notes

• Flu and vaccine exemption forms may be required if requesting an exemption
• N95 fit test is completed onsite at orientation
• Candidate must be clean shaven for the respiratory fit test if applicable
• Modules assigned before start must be completed within one week of start
