Cath Lab Tech - Travel/Contract

Location: Mount Vernon, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hour shifts (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
Call Requirement: Yes
Floating: As needed within scope

Job Requirements

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Washington
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Certification: RCIS, RCES, or AART
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification

Compliance & Documentation

• Background check within 30 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years
• Education verification required; US equivalency documentation if education completed out of county
• Photo for badge required
• Confidentiality, Crime Disclosure, Conflict of Interest, and Compliance forms must be reviewed and completed
• 2 professional references completed within 1 year of start required

Health & Safety Requirements

• Tdap vaccine or signed declination
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within required timeframes
• Annual TB questionnaire completion
• Immunizations or positive titers required for:

  • Measles (Rubeola)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Varicella
  • Hepatitis B (3 doses or signed declination)
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Seasonal flu vaccination or declination during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); mask required if declined

Additional Notes

• Block scheduling may be discussed during interview
• Floating duties may be assigned as needed within scope of practice

No prior travel experience is required for this position.
