Role Overview

Travel/Contract RN in Springfield, Oregon
13-week assignment
Start date: ASAP, with 4 weeks from offer for compliance
Orientation is held bi-weekly on Monday
Shift: Nights, 3x12s, 19:00–7:30
Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
Patient ratio: 1:4
Facility is a Level II Trauma Center
Total staffed beds: 385

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent ED experience within the past 5 years
Experience in a level 2 trauma center
BLS
ACLS
PALS
TNCC
NIHSS
Valid state licensure/certification as required for services being performed
Pending license accepted
Negative IGRA or 2 PPDs within 1 year of start
TB Questionnaire
Drug testing within 30 days of start
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask test within 1 year of start for onsite candidates
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine or declination
Flu vaccine documentation or declination during flu season
RespSafety Clearance for onsite candidates
Orientation Information Quiz with 100% score
