Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Gaffney, South Carolina
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00–19:00
• Start date: ASAP
• Ratios: 1:4
• On-call required
• Locals are not accepted; candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility
• Pending license accepted, but it must be obtained before starting
• All requested time off must be included on the initial submission

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license in South Carolina
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication testing on day 1
• Must be able to pass pass/fail testing for RN candidates
• South Carolina license verification is required
• NURSYS verification is required for RNs
• Employment application required
• South Carolina SLED criminal records search results required
• Government-issued photo ID required
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Drug testing within 90 days of start
• COVID dose 1 and 2 required
• TB screening or chest X-ray within 3 months of start
• Flu documentation or declination required during flu season
• Hepatitis B documentation required
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation required
• Respirator safety clearance required within 1 year of start
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement required
• Photo for badge required
• Attendance policy applies; more than two missed shifts in a 13-week contract may result in cancellation review

Scheduling / On-Call

• One of the following holiday commitments is required:

  • 1 holiday with 2 on-call/additional shifts per 6 weeks, or
  • 2 holidays with no on-call/additional shifts

• RTO requested after initial submission will not be considered
• Block scheduling is not accommodated
