Cath Lab Tech

Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Bellevue, Washington
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start: ASAP, any Monday
• Call required: typically 6–7 shifts per month, including every 4th weekend

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Washington
• Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience)
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• Cardiac experience

Compliance / Onboarding Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security number must be provided
• Background check covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school in the past 7 years
• Two satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year
• Copy of employment application
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation or acceptable alternatives
• Tdap vaccine or declination
• Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination
• Washington state search results
• Washington courts search results
• Signed facility documents and training acknowledgments
• Annual fraud, waste, and abuse training proof
• Completion of assigned orientation modules after start
