Travel Respiratory Therapist
Overview
- Location: Charlottesville, Virginia
- Specialty: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights
- Hours: 36 or 48 per week
- Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday
- Winter holidays: Must work 2 of the 3 winter holidays
- Setting: Children’s hospital
Required Qualifications
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (1 year of experience)
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Experience with Epic
- Virginia license: May submit with license pending if a temporary license can be obtained before start; another state license is required to be eligible for the temporary license
- RRT certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Cardiac PICU experience
- ACCS certification
